Common questions.
Do I own the code you write?
Yes, completely. Once a project's delivered, the code, designs and infrastructure are yours. We hand over a clean, documented codebase with no lock-in, so you (or anyone else) can pick it up and run with it.
How long do projects usually take?
It depends on scope. A simple marketing site or AI assistant proof-of-concept can be 2–4 weeks. A full custom platform with logins, dashboards and integrations is typically 2–4 months. We'll give you a clear estimate (and milestones) before we start anything.
How does pricing work?
We can work to a fixed project price for well-defined work, or a transparent day-rate for ongoing and exploratory work. Hosting and support are billed as a flat monthly fee. No surprise invoices, no scope-creep games. You'll always know what you're paying for.
Can you work with our existing team or hosting?
Absolutely. We're happy to slot in alongside an in-house team, deploy to your existing Azure / AWS / on-premise environment, and follow your processes. Or we can take the lot off your hands, whichever suits you best.
Is my data safe with AI integrations?
Data handling depends on the deployment and AI providers agreed for your project. Cloud AI may receive selected prompts and document content. Before you share sensitive data, we agree provider access, hosting locations, retention and any restrictions on training. Private infrastructure or on-device models may suit some workloads; these are scoped separately.
