A few things we've built.
A small selection of bespoke platforms, apps and tools we've delivered for clients across the UK.

Busy Dad Training
AI-Powered Fitness App — iOS, Android & Garmin
Busy Dad Training is a full consumer fitness product we designed and built end-to-end: native iOS and Android apps, a .NET backend, a Garmin watch app on the Connect IQ store, and an on-device AI rep counter that watches you work out through the phone camera and counts your burpees for you.
What we built
AI Rep Counting (Computer Vision)
The phone camera tracks 33 body landmarks in real time (MediaPipe BlazePose) and a custom-trained movement classifier we built recognises each phase of a burpee — counting reps automatically at 30 fps, entirely on-device, no cloud.
Garmin Watch App
A Connect IQ app (live on the Garmin store) records the workout with heart rate and calories, receives live rep counts from the phone over Bluetooth, and saves branded activities to Garmin Connect.
Progressive Training Programme
Levels, landmark challenges, weekly planner, follow-along video workouts with offline caching, and personalised reminders.
Community & Leaderboards
Social feed with posts, reactions and comments, weekly/monthly/yearly leaderboards, and real-time notifications via SignalR.
Subscriptions Done Properly
App Store and Play Store subscriptions unified through RevenueCat, with server-side receipt validation, webhooks, free trials and a custom paywall.
Production-Grade Backend
.NET API with EF Core and SQL Server, Strava OAuth sync, Azure Key Vault, Blob Storage, push notifications, scheduled jobs, Sentry monitoring and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
One product spanning phone, watch, backend and machine learning: custom computer-vision models running on-device, cross-platform native apps, wearable integration and subscription commerce — designed, trained, built and shipped by us.
“Working with PIXELBRINK to build our fitness platform was exceptional. The result is a powerful, intuitive experience that we use every day.”
— Max Edwards, Founder, Busy Dad Training
Why this matters for your business
If your product needs a mobile app, a wearable companion, or AI that runs right on the device — this is exactly the kind of build we love. Let's talk.

Huck
Gravity Mountain-Biking Tracker — Watch, Phone & Cloud
Huck is our own product: a ride tracker built for downhill and jump riders, measuring the numbers no mainstream platform does — airtime per jump, jump height, landing G-force and automatic run detection. The watch records the ride on its own; open the phone app afterwards and the whole ride syncs over Bluetooth.
What we built
On-Watch Jump Detection
A real-time motion-analysis algorithm runs on the Garmin watch itself, reading the accelerometer at 25 Hz to detect freefall and landing — measuring airtime to a few hundredths of a second, mid-ride, on a device with a fraction of a phone's power.
Automatic Run Splitting
Bike-park days split themselves into runs — descents detected from elevation and speed signatures, uplifts ignored, zero input from the rider.
Watch-to-Phone Sync
A custom chunked Bluetooth protocol with acknowledgements streams the ride to the phone — rides queue on the watch until confirmed uploaded, so no ride is ever lost.
Maps & First Descents
Open-source maps (MapLibre + OpenStreetMap) show the ride line and every jump pin. Ride an unrecorded trail first, and you get to name it — the trail page is born from your GPS track.
Privacy-First Sharing
Riders share stats without revealing location — the server strips GPS data for other viewers when a ride is marked secret. Trail-protection culture, built in.
Geospatial Leaderboards
PostGIS-powered leaderboards per trail and per individual jump: biggest air, fastest run, top speed — opt-in and best-per-rider.
A signal-processing pipeline validated with automated golden tests, ported to run on a watch in real time, feeding a geospatial backend and a polished cross-platform app — proof we take products from raw sensor data to shipped experience.

Clearwell Capital
Data Portal & Data-Driven Insights
At Clearwell Capital, we partnered to build a secure, browser-based portal that consolidates corporate and property data into a single, intuitive search interface, so you can access everything you need with just a few clicks.
What we built
Interactive Company Search
Seamless access to Companies House data: profiles, filings, charges and officer records, all from a single interface.
Property Intelligence
Instant address lookup, UPRN mapping and historical valuation analytics, powered by public property-registry APIs.
AI-Assisted Data Matching
Integrated an AI assistant to process natural-language fields and automatically consolidate data. This allowed records that use different terminology to get matched and grouped together.
Live Dashboards
Rich charts (time-series, bar, pie, radial) track key trends, company activity, call usage metrics and property yields, updated in real time.
Enterprise-Grade Security
Azure AD single sign-on, Key Vault for secrets, and strict role-based access ensure your data stays safe and locked down.
This project highlights our ability to turn multiple external APIs into a cohesive, user-friendly application, built on .NET, Blazor Server, and Azure's modern identity platform.
“Partnering with PIXELBRINK improved how we work by giving us access to data sources that were previously hard to reach. We can now process information faster, and many routine calculations run automatically.”
— Ed Marley-Shaw, CEO, Clearwell Capital
