PIXELBRINK worked with Clearwell Capital to build a secure, browser-based portal connecting corporate and property information in a single search interface.
Making separate data sources easier to use
The portal brings Companies House profiles, filings, charges and officer records together with property lookups and analytics. Instead of treating each source as a separate destination, users can explore the information through a common interface.
Matching records and presenting the results
AI-assisted matching helps consolidate records that describe the same information using different terminology. Interactive dashboards bring company activity, property yields and other operational measures into charts that teams can explore.
Access built around the organisation
The application uses .NET and Blazor Server with Azure AD sign-on, role-based access and Azure Key Vault for secrets. We connected external data services with the interface and access controls needed for the portal.
