Teams can follow directors into connected companies, examine registered charges and review available sales, EPC and planning evidence. Sources and coverage notes help reviewers understand where an answer came from and what still needs checking.

From research to a credit-paper draft

Projects keep a deal brief, files, saved findings, questions and reports together. Teams can configure report templates, review drafted sections and export to Word. Company watchlists support ongoing monitoring. The lending team retains responsibility for verifying evidence and making the credit decision.
